FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

QUESTION: "How do I pay?" or "Where is my invoice?"

ANSWER: We email mowing invoices on the last visit of the month, all other services are invoiced after the job is complete. The email will contain a link to make an online payment via Client Hub. To see upcoming visits or view invoices please visit your Client Hub.

​We are not accepting checks or bill pay from your bank.

QUESTION: "What time are you coming? I have dogs." 

​

ANSWER: We don't schedule specific times for any of our services. You are not required to be home so you can go about your day as usual without worry. We work with the gate closed, and enjoy meeting new dogs; it's one of the best parts of the day! 

QUESTION: "Do you / trim trees or bushes / do yard clean ups / do sprinkler work / apply weed killer / ?"

ANSWER: No, we are primarily a lawn mowing company.

QUESTION: "Do you take the bags with you?" 

​

ANSWER: No. We are unable to haul bags away. Your trash service will take them.

QUESTION: "Do I need to be home?" 

​

ANSWER: No. You are not required to be home for any of our services. We will email you an invoice that you can pay online at your convenience.

QUESTION: "Are you coming today?"

ANSWER: Yes! But if we don't make it on your usual day, we will be there the next day. If we can't make it at all that week, we will let you know. 

QUESTION: "I am a mowing customer from last year, am I automatically on the list every year?" 

​

ANSWER: No, we start a fresh list every year. Lots of things can change over the winter. If you want to secure your spot, send us a text, email, or reply to the seasonal email we send every spring.
