How often will my lawn be mowed?

Accepted Answer

Your lawn will be scheduled for weekly mowing. If it doesn't need a cut that week, we'll skip it at no charge. Mowing season is April through October.

What happens if weather delays my scheduled mow?

If weather or other factors prevent us from completing your mow on the scheduled day, we'll do our best to reschedule for the next day and notify you via email.

Do you bag or mulch the clippings?

We exclusively mulch clippings to enhance your lawn's health and reduce waste.

How is payment handled for the mowing service?

Accepted Answer

Invoices are sent monthly via email after your last mow of the month. Payments are due within 10 days. If payment is late we will pause services until it is paid.

What time are you coming?

Accepted Answer

We don't schedule specific times for any of our services. You are not required to be home so you can go about your day as usual without worry.

Do you take the bags with you?

Accepted Answer

No. We are unable to haul bags away. Your trash service will take them.
